With CareConnect InstaVisit you can see a Board Certified Provider or Licensed Therapist in minutes through your smart phone or mobile device from the comfort and privacy of your home or wherever you are in state of Georgia. InstaVisit is easy, convenient, and affordable compared to Urgent Care Clinic visits or waiting days to get an appointment with your primary care doctor for non-emergency medical conditions. 

Signing up is totally free. For Urgent Care visit you pay $30 if you do not have Health Insurance, it may cost less depending on your Health Insurance Plan and Co-pay amount. Online Therapy sessions start at $40 if you do not have Health Insurance. It may cost less based on your Insurance Plan and the Co-pay amount.

Your card will not be charged until after the visit is completed.  If our Providers determine that an InstaVisit visit is not appropriate for your condition, you will not be charged for your visit.

CareConnect InstaVisit is available 7 days a week, 363 days per year, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Eastern Time) in Georgia. The only days that CareConnect InstaVisit is not available is on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Most major Insurances will cover InataVisit virtual visit and you may be required to pay only Co-pay for the visit.  Please check with your insurance plan for reimbursement of the InstaVisit fee. Our services are also available for people with no Health Insurance – you pay a flat fee of $30 for Urgent Care Visit and Online Therapy sessions start at $40 if you do no have Health Insurance.

CareConnect InstaVisit is available to individuals located in Georgia who have access to a personal computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone. It doesn’t matter whether or not you’re a CareConnect Health patient.  However, due to regulatory restrictions, we are prohibited from providing InstaVisit (virtual visit) to individuals covered under a federal insurance program, such as Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Medicaid CMOs (PeachState, WellCare, Amerigroup, CareSource) or Tricare.

CareConnect InstaVisit Providers will see most children ages 2 and above for minor medical concerns. Parents/guardians must log in with their own account. You will then be prompted to add your child’s information. Your child will now be listed as a “minor dependent” on your account.

Our Doctors will go through your symptoms, recommend a treatment and send a script if needed to pharmacy of your choice. We cannot prescribe or refill controlled medications.

CareConnect InstaVisit offers real-time virtual health care visits to treat your minor medical concerns. It’s fast, easy to use, convenient and flexible. Visit with one of our Providers when you want, wherever you have internet access.

Common conditions include Allergies, Asthma, Bladder Infection, Bronchitis, Constipation, Cough/Cold/Congestion, Diarrhea, Earache, Fever, Flu, Headaches/Migraine, Insect bites, Nausea/Vomiting, Pink eye/Conjunctivitis, Rash, Sinus problems, Sore throat, Stomach flu, Stomach ache, Urinary Tract Infection, and many other non-emergency illnesses.

CareConnect InstaVisit is designed to handle non-emergent medical problems. You should NOT use it if you are experiencing a medical emergency. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, you should call 911 right away.

To use video conferencing you need:

  • Windows®7, 10, Vista, or XP
  • A Mac running OSX 10.6 (Snow Leopard) or superior.
  • High-speed internet connection
  • A webcam with at least 1.3 megapixels
  • Microphone (most webcams already have microphone built in)

After you set up an account, you will be able to use a simple online simulation to test your configuration and check if you are ready for an InstaVisit.

Yes, CareConnect InstaVisit can be accessed on most mobile devices with an Internet connection. Our InstaVisit Mobile App is available for download in the iTunes Store and the Google Play Store.

Yes, you do need to create an account before you can speak to a Provider, but the account creation process is simple  and takes just a few moments. We recommend you set up your account for free now so it’s ready when you need it. Once your account is created, you can use the mobile app or website using the same username and password.

For Urgent Care visits no appointments are necessary, you can just enter the waiting room and a provider will be with you in a short time. Online Therapy Visits are scheduled by appointments only. After you log into your account you will be able to see what time slots are available for behavioral health appointments.

All of our Providers are CareConnect Health providers, who are licensed and board-certified, and are based in Georgia.

We feel it is of utmost importance to maintain patient privacy and keep information secure. Our ability to keep your visit and personal information secure is something that sets our service apart from other service providers. When accessing care via the web or a mobile device, each InstaVisit visit uses secure technology, encrypting all communication over the internet. In addition, CareConnect InstaVisit is compliant with all HIPAA regulations.

Yes. You will receive an after-visit summary via secure email to the email account we have on file for you. If you have a Patient Portal account, you will also receive an after-visit summary in your inbox. Your after-visit summary will provide details of your visit, instructions received from the clinician, including medication instructions and any additional information you need if your condition doesn’t improve.

Yes. Patient Portal users can access their InstaVisit information in their Patient Portal health record. If you have not used Patient Portal before, you can register for a Patient Portal account at https://ccthealth.org/patient-online-services/.  Upon logging in to Patient Portal, you’ll gain access to your InstaVisit information.

Please call Technical Support at (650) 614-1746 (9:00AM- 9:00PM) if you encounter technical problems.

This means that you have already created an account. Confirm that you entered all your information correctly, such as your legal name rather than your nickname (e.g. enter Robert instead of Bob). If you have checked everything and still receive the error, call customer Support at 229-273-8881.

If you get this error, try turning off your wi-fi and use your 3g/4g cell phone connection instead. Some wireless hotspots will block programs like CareConnect InstaVisit from using the internet, which makes it look like the system is unavailable. A typical InstaVisit uses less than 15 megabytes of data on your data plan.
